App seems responsive at first, but delivery is extremely slow. I am still waiting for my order an hour later 🙃. The estimated delivery time keeps increasing. Unfortunately, I have to uninstall after I get my order delivered. It is better to use Uber Eats

I had recommended but I'm here to complain Today i ordered from the app for pick up but upon reaching there my order was not there. I was served by very unprofessional staff at Ruai who didn't even care to a point of closing the shop while I'm still there. The call centre was picked by different people who gave empty promises and others hanging up after finding out I'm calling to enquire again. Went home without my order and disappointed. I need my refund because now the order is irrelevant.
