Started ok but unfortunately too many times you go to take payment and the app says it requires a compulsory update. That's no good when a customer is waiting to pay. Also, it keeps disconnecting from the phone and takes way too long to get it reconnected.

Start using it looks good app butt too messy with sumup they are nice and easy but get connectivity problems a lot .i think there are good and bad can be more improved and make it it easier to use

Always been a fantastic app, so easy to use. If and when there has been a slight glitch it is addressed very quickly. I don't like that mobile payments now cost more, however I can understand it. Customer service is fantastic! For a small business it's the perfect payment system.
