UPDATE: Thank you for fixing the bug! ORIGINAL: Was loving this update/app until today when it blurred my screen as I was logged in with a message saying it wasn't supported anymore and to update. There is no update. This worked for all of about 2 weeks :(. I hope you can fix this bug! I really was getting used to finally being notified reliably for new chat or messages.

We suffered a glitch but it is now fixed. Be sure to update to the latest version and re-login. Let our customer care team know at support@charmhealth.com if you continue to face problems.

I have a brand new Galaxy S21 and unfortunately this app will not open. You click "Sign In" and the app just shuts down. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, power cycled my phone, and even downloaded a few different apps to ensure my phone is working ok (the other apps work just fine), and it still isn't working. The website works just fine so I recommend doing that instead.

Sorry for this inconvenience. This issue is specific for Samsung devices running OS 11. We have fixed the issue in version 1.7. Please update to the latest version on the Play Store.
