I’ve subscribed to popsical’s services however, the services seems to be failing these days. 1) Unable to find songs that were available in the past 2) The songs in my favorite list are also not available anymore 3) unable to switch from analog to digital The current user experience is making me very upset. I hope this can be resolved ASAP. Thank you

Fun app. I really think the developers are on to something. But there are certain things that bug me like how the popsical top 10 weekly somehow never changes. Not sure why. Sometimes the app lags really badly. Is it possible that the server is overloaded? And also, there are times that the song and lyrics speed differ quite a bit when the original video voice is turned off.

Exciting concept. Great when it is working but sadly frustrating to use. Keeps showing connection timeout on my Note 9 when trying to pair with Popsical TV. My friends and I were having a karaoke party and those on iphones can't even connect with the party code. I probably just don't know how to use the device properly but the Popsical website is no help at all as I can't find any user guides there. Love the idea. Needs more work.
