crooks !! we had to spend 5 days in Hanoï hospital and they told us everything was OK and they were going to pay for us the 3000€. But eventually they did nothing so the nurse asked my gf for the paiement. when we called us, their excuse was "we need the flight booking to prove you left your country because blablabla. we left France 5 month ago and we deleted that a long time ago...it is written nowhere that you have to keep your flights. Just an excuse not to pay, like all insurances. Farewell

don't have free phone number , I phoned the app , it took 7 minutes just to check my information as a customer and they said didn't find my details . I sent an email nobody reply yet after 3 hours, don't have WhatsApp or anything to call without charge . A call from the country I'm will cost more than if I go to a private doctor for a consultation.
