I paid the registration fee on the 16th of April up to now my account is not licensed, and the money was deducted from my account, they keep on telling me that the transaction failed, even i sent the screen shot of the transaction with the transaction ID, i kept on sending multiple messages but still i wasn't helped, am just imagining how is the money people keep on that app safe, they keep on telling me to be patient, my account will be licensed, but still no help

This app has greatly improved, I know some of you got it at 51100 but then us that got it at 22k hahaha it was a tag of war. I thank the management for making some improvements just that there some areas that need to be improved; lyca services are always unavailable. Network sometimes is poor, we need to share float with agents to ease our work. We need to change devices and above all, replies are needed in time. Some customers are impatient but chap chap can take even two hours without a reply

ChapChap is a good app. Most of its services are very convenient. To be honest the licensing process takes too long. I paid last week and paid too but till now... still not licensed, even my brother's account is almost taking a month without being licensed. So my only question is, does ChapChap have a main office where we can go to for help Incase calling and texting for help hasn't worked? Just like telecom companies have service centers?
