Firstly I don't see why this needs to be an app and not a website. Secondly, you go all the way through the booking process, then have to register an account, which then needs validating, which then throws you back to the beginning again. 15 minutes of my life wasted. Why does the email address even need validating before the booking? I'm paying up front with a frickin credit card! Awful UX like this just creates friction for a business.

I question why there's even an app to begin with... A mobile friendly website (Responsive design) with a booking system would have made far more sense, required less effort to use and would have meant taking up less room on my phone. It would also mean that auto fill works rather than having to do it manually including my sodding payment details. And why do I need an account with a password here? Someone wasted a lot of money on this and lost bookings

A useful app, I would recommend a setting for a preferred location so that this is at the top of the list when booking. It would also be great to link to Google or apple pay through the play store payment system so that we can more trust pre-paying appointments.
