C'MON GUYS you need to incorporate the rewards program into the app! And no app updates since October 2021?? Very disappointing for one of Toledo's finest establishments. One would think you would want to blow away all the out of towners with a more impressive app experience. If you update the app and add the rewards program I will update my star rating.

I went to Packo's on Secor today and I am very disappointed because someone recommended it. I spent $16 on supposed perch fillets. For one, they cut up one piece of fish in tiny pieces and want to call them fillets. I had to wait and I thought everything was going to be great and it was dried out. They didn't even give me silverware or napkins. My drink was flat. I am truly never ordering anything from this place again.

The 20% off is only for online orders, plus their food is over rated, I do love the sweet hot pickles though
