Not really sure what the point of this app is? Pasta House can't get there reward system squared away as it is, much less have an application that has no particular use other than taking up space on my phone. Love the food so you get a second star. The only reason

Pasta House was one of my favorite places. Lately pasta is overcooked, salad dry or soggy, never how it should be. My last order will definitely be my "last" order! Ordered chicken flamingo. Low & behold side pasta overcooked, salad soggy & warm AND chicken raw! It was actually still cool in the center. I didn't even bother to call the store & complain. I have done it many times before, nothing changes! I hope the franchise owner is one day held accountable for ruining Pasta House name!

Service good at restraunt but we did not use the App. We don't understand why the App will not allow you to load a Pasta House gift card to your account. This failure in the design just cost us $5 because the advertised special was to save $5 on your mobile order. As the Holidays approach i would encourage everyone to buy your gift cards for restraunts that allow you to load your card to the App. Sorry Pasta House.
