Great app, but there seems to be a lot of food mixing together when it shouldn't. The other day I ordered two bean and cheese burritos with chicken. When I cut into them, I found large pieces of onion, tomato, peppers, and lettuce. It's unappetizing to order something and find a bunch of stuff that shouldn't be in there. Biting into large bits of onion makes me physically ill. Are the staff cleaning their hands and utensils before they pick up certain ingredients?

EDIT 20 APR 2024: App hasn't been processing Google Pay for the past couple weeks. Go straight to Chow Now to order! The menu listings are different for each store in the app. For instance, Burbank location doesn't list shrimp burrito San Felipe but is available in-store. Other locations list this item directly on the app.
