The app changes have made it difficult to use. Ex: unable to choose two of the same tacos for the two taco option and inability to add specific items to the order when want such as extra sauce or no rice and etc....(just an example)

Does not allow any customization of each order. If I don't want mustard on my burger I can't add a note to specify that. I also can't order plain fries as I can if I call in. This doesn't replace calling in my order, so it's useless.

Super convenient to be able to pre-order, only problem I have is that you can't customize the tacos.
