It was really fast and easy but I'm not super impressed. The app didn't ask for a name, special instructions and didn't tell me when I was getting my food. How do I know if the order even got through? How do they know if the delivered to the right place without my name? How do I know when it will be delivered? Edit: It got my name through autofill but I didn't know because it didn't have an order summary.

Not as intuitive as the web interface; couldn't input my address (android); feels generally overengineered and I'll just be using the website to order instead.

Ordered a pizza too late in the evening for it to be delivered that night, told me it would be delivered the next day at 12:15. Since they opened at 11:30, I planned on calling them then and rescheduling delivery for dinner that night instead. Next day, I'm in my bathroom at 11:35, about to call them when I get out, when the food is delivered to me 40 MINUTES EARLY, giving me about no time to call and reschedule. I talked to a person about that, and they said they'd refund. 3 weeks, no refund.
