Used to be great when no outdoor dining available in restaurant. Place order in app, pay & pick up. Even had own line when picking up order. Now just 1 line for all customers to check in & order food. Food is not ready at the time email says food will be ready. Waited another 30 minutes at restaurant, so total time over an hour for food. Customers placing orders in front of me received food faster. Why use the app? Social distance is not possible while waiting for order!!!

I wish i can give zero if i could....whats the point you ordered online and the same time you still have to get inline to get a ticket for picking up your food since you paid for it already??? Dont waste your time order online just go direct there order still the same.
