For full use of the app you need an e-banking account. Your access to the Mobile Banking App must be activated once in e-banking. You also define your personal mobile banking password in e-banking. For security reasons, you must register each mobile device for use of the app. You can manage your mobile devices independently in e-banking.

Please note the following security tips when using the Mobile Banking app:
- Keep your mobile password secret and enter it face down.
- Activate the code lock on your mobile device to prevent unauthorized persons from gaining access to your data.
- Software updates often close security holes. Therefore, update the operating system and all apps regularly and always use the latest software versions.
- Do not jail on mobile devices and only use apps from the official stores (Apple and Google Play Store).
