Never opens when you need it to. Just sits there loading. The submit claim function leaves a lot to be desired. Just not a very good app. I also find the website full of bugs and issues.

A month into the policy, the agent was changing policy without notifying me and this app helped me find out why then ultimately changing card numbers because you wouldn't stop deducting. I still have no pet insurance to this day. BEWARE: SYSTEMS NOT SYNCED/UPDATED SIMULTANEOUSLY

I do not know why I can not use this app I uninstalled it and reinstalled it several times yet I always get a network not online error when I log in. How am I suppose to use any features if i cant ever log in.
