Good when working. "Sorry we had a problem checking customer status. Please try again or contact customer support". App worked fine for ages, but logged me out and now impossible to get back on. Seems others are the same. I walked out of QD as the reward app wasn't working (actually found what I was looking for much cheaper in another shop, so thanks!).

I was offered my birthday voucher, but when I came to use it I was told that I had to spend £20 or more then my voucher gets taken off, this is a rip off as there's nothing in the store that I can afford to buy apart from a shopping trolley and even a decent one is expensive, so that is why I've not used it.

Keeps signing out. So have to sign in every time want to use card and usually can't remember password! So usually don't bother using card on app.
