I can't fault the shopping aspect of the app, but the loyalty points are broken. I've been shopping, both in-store and online, and scanning my loyalty card on the app every time. The purchases are showing up in the app, but my loyalty point balance is zero and has never changed. I spoke to an employee in-store about it and she said I'm not the only one having issues with it.

Thank-you for you your review. It looks from your customer record that you need to be updated from a website customer to a loyalty customer. Please contact Tates https://www.tatesofsussex.co.uk/contact to rectify this for you. You will then be able to see your loyalty points via the app.

Looking up an item with search facility, click on item to look at it, but then if you press the "return to previous page" it takes you somewhere completely different, or if you press the back button on your phone you return to the homepage and have to type the search term in all over again. Not good!

Great new way for getting the monthly offers without having to print vouchers like we used to. Plus the more you scan the app, the more rewards you get.
