Well i can say this app is good and fantastic to use as a new comer in the platform, but it does not give free online transfer for onces and it consume alot of data, please i will say you should try to improve in the aspect of free online transfer once or two a day, and the transfer should be smooth also. Kudos. You first, first bank✌✌✌🤟🤟🤟

If there was a way to rate this app with zero stars I would have This is the worst bank app I have used so far Though I only use it for my savings but in terms of emergency I can't make use of it . For the past one week nau all my withdraws were reversed and it last for 24 hours before they refund me back I would say this is the worst app ever🤌🤦 Take my words or end up wasting ur data And I can't see my 10k I transferred to my opay no reverse since the past 5 days and still no credit alert

VERY FRUSTRATING, when ever I try to log in Into my account, I will only see "USER LOCKED" CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE. I went to First bank customer care about two occasions to lay complain, they told me to drop my details and phone number that they are going to send message to the appropriate authority to fix the problem, but uptill now there is no positive results.
