Omg this has been a nightmare. I have a hard time depositing funds when sent a e-transfer Sometimes it works other times it doesn't for days. Not reliable if you want to make sure you have $$ in there to pay bills. Can't do it on my phone or computer. Says to check my connection. Grrrrrrr Tried deleting app, reinstalling. I guess at this point I will need to seriously look at a plan B as I use one of my accounts for business. I always liked dealing with them but not since the change.

Actual garbage app. My bank recently switched from desjardins to caisse alliance and its been nothing but problems. Besides it taking 15 minutes to even load the app most days, it randomly won't let me send or receive etransfers, and when I do successfully make them, it can take hours to go through. The fingerprint never works, the app constantly crashes. It's made online banking near impossible, and I've since decided to close my bank over this. It's that awful

Who ever did this app needs to get a life. Nothing but a nightmare were in 2024. It screwed up every other app in my phone since last 3 update every month since it changed to Allia and it keeps logging you out every time you close the app and every time you have to change password because we forget the last one. Tks for sweet nothing enough is enough time to change Bank
