The app was better BEFORE!!! Especially the navigation map! It was one of the best user-friendly and intuitive maps I have ever used. Now, it's hard to read with LARGE bubbles covering everything. Overall, this new app requires me to make way more clicks than I need. Why change a good thing and make it WORSE!?? Get rid of all the programmers who designed this new app. Seriously.

This app is the worst. It says I'm not logged in, I sign in, it says there's a user signed in. Show park wait times even if you're not in the park! Come on now. I have passes, they never show up. Map is so very incorrect and never loads properly. When you're in the park, the wait times are SO WRONG. The shows are never the right time or say there aren't any shows for the day when we already set a reminder for said show.

This has been incredibly frustrating. I got the app when I bought tickets for my kids and me. A couple of days before our trip, I found I had been signed out and repeatedly tried to sign back in only to get the "someone is already signed in" message. I finally uninstalled&reinstalled. Logged in and had my tickets, thankfully. Unfortunately, at the park, it told me all the restaurants I looked at were closed today (they're not) and wouldn't give me ride wait times.
