Glad to have the app and the features are useful. Have issues with the complaints as it always says "failed to create complaint" and doesn't show the recent ones.

Lodged complains and outage map cannot view or not updating correctly. However, notifications are updating. Previously it worked.

Useless app as CEB. Always need to login everytime. Can't complain through apply when we want. Only thing pay the bills only. CEB usually get money only very ultra poor service 🐕🦺
