At firts I had a problem with my username, messaged them about it and they said that nothing could be done to change it. Now, unfortunatelly, I simply can't use the app, I have problems to log into it and I've already messaged Support Department, opened a case, but they haven't fixed it yet. I still need an answer and help with that, please, do something. Frustrating...

Extremely slow, it takes more than a minute to exit each lesson. I've tried on several devices and different Internet connections with no luck. Also tried in the website and even though is faster it's still dreadful
