The app was slow and less than great before the update. Now it won't work at all! It somehow got worse!! You get stuck on some page about the update, but that was from nearly a month ago! You HAVE to use the website or go in-person. Edit: I had to delete and reinstall the app MULTIPLE times before it finally worked. Still slow, but now I can access my accounts.

Hi Echantra, that sounds like the experience of opening the old app. Please make sure you've deleted the old one and accessing this new app. If the issue persists, please give us a call at 800-232-3642.

The app is ok, but has room for improvement. The UI looks much better now, but my only problems are notification alerts are super delayed and not instant like they were in the old app. Sometimes I have to open the app just to get alerts, this is a critical feature as if someone were to access your account you may not even get alerted about it til the next day or until you open the app. Also please bring back alerts for card holds and pending transactions like the old app.

The new app shows more than one screen of history finally, but still only shows one eStatement account, not all accounts. It's hard to find the menu. I like the new look, but it's lipstick on a pig; it looks good but really doesn't do much. Why didn't the developers just buy rights to Max Credit Union's mobile app? It has all the features, is intuitive to use, gives a complete account history for the current month, (not only the partial one that shows on the screen when viewing the account.)

I'm sorry for the frustration Cynthia. You can find the menu by clicking 'More' at the bottom. When you open the eStatement you want to view, scroll through the pages to see all your deposit accounts. The new app adds features like debit and credit card management, external accounts, the ability to open new accounts or apply for a loan, and more.
