The app won't work. Keeps saying they're working to fix the problem. Been days now. I also see you guys don't respond to people. All you have to do is tell us if you're fixing it or not. I figured being in the healthcare business with all that money a better app would be created.

Needs a more modern login UI. Need to be able enable biometric authentication as a login after the first login with a user name and password. Google gives you a whole API to easily make this happen. No need to burden people with making them type in their login credentials when almost every phones comes with a finger print scanner now.

I haven't been able to login using the app for quite a few months now. It doesn't give any message saying why it won't login, but it just stays on the login page after I enter my login credentials. I can login via the website.
