As part of the ecosystem of digital solutions Go Cemex We created this application for the use of drivers and truck drivers who transport our products to have an electronic management of deliveries.
The driver can manage their deliveries, have the relevant information from each of them, and collect the signature of acceptance by customers after delivery of the goods.

It crashes regularly and only contains a fraction of what's on the actual ticket. As a paperless option, it's a long way from primetime. Customers and inspectors expect paper copies. I'm also not sure how/if this satisfies DOT load paperwork requirements. The times are often inaccurate as well and can't be corrected by the driver. It simply duplicates (poorly) what we're already doing on paper.

theres a few things I'm unsure about with this. it does the same thing as I do on paper and I still have to do the paper version so that makes this pointless to me. also I've noticed that sometimes when I tap "next" from "on site" itll go straight to "unloading end" and skip "unloading start". a suggestion, add a verification method like "are you sure you would like to make this change". I have other suggestions also. p.s. I'm not a cemex driver but I am through an outside carrier

Being forced to use this half hearted attempt at an app is irritating in itself as large as a company cemex is you'd think they might invest a bit more into making sure it operates on point. Next, it's a 1 in 3 chance it works with the ticket number entered and it magically falls onto the driver to bring attention to it or there's a penalty involved. Also it randomly cycles itself through the job phases Lastly the app won't effin go away once I'm done for the day. I have to force close it.
