Southwire’s new MApp™ mobile app works with our new Bluetooth® enabled 15190T MaintenancePRO™ multi-meter and 23090T MaintenancePRO™ clamp meter. This system is like having an electrician’s helper with you at all times.
Not only does the app allow you to safely stand back from hazardous situations like arc flash, it also provides you with one of the most powerful documentation tools you will ever need. The app lets you record and graph measured values, set high or low alarms, attach notes, pictures, and even a GPS location to your measurements. Given this app's low overall rating, I feel compelled to point out that it has worked perfectly for me so far. I've paired my multimeter (a 15190T), explored the options, and reconnected later without issue. A few pointers, though: it would be nice if the app could set the multimeter's time automatically, and if a second tap on the Min/Max button would exit min/max mode. In addition, the UI could use a refresh, though it does serve its purpose well. Other than these slight issues, great job!

Works perfectly on my 14090T! Gotta give a lot of permissions but if you're not doing anything illegal or on any terrorist watch lists, you'll be fine. So far, I haven't been able to test the max distance or material thickness limitations to maintain the bluetooth connection. But being 50 ft away to check for continuity without leaving the jbox is a plus! Nothing better than being able to do a simple job, that usually took two people, solo.

Fantastic app! Easy to connect! Easy to use. PLEASE NOTE: It needs permissions to work properly. Pictures... to take snapshots of readout, video.... to take live video of readout. Location I'm not sure about, because nosy. This is why I bought the meter! (Here is a shocker "they", LOL, already have your location anyway). ALWAYS READ REVIEWS INSTEAD OF LOOKING AT THE STARS.
