Love the food and service at the actual restaurant. But the app is horrible. You will get notifications and messages about all the discounts you have, but you will NEVER be able to use them. The locations are all franchise and nobody takes the coupons. They don't even have a way to scan it in store or at checkout in the app. Very disappointing to be offered something you cannot obtain. One of the main reasons i stopped going. When you spend good money for lunch it sucks you get no rewards.

This app works really badly. I have never been able to get a special to work. On reverse pi day it tried to charge me extra...
