This app is lame. Mind you I haven't actually used it in store yet, but I've had it installed for months and not once have I received any type of notification or message. Businesses should be actively interacting with their customers, it's a good way for them to compete with all of the other restaurants out there. I need incentive to visit. There is an inbox section on the app, so they could be sending messages with various promos and deals, highlighting menu items, etc. Missed opportunity!

Overall, app works well and I've been able to redeem several rewards. However, so far this entire month, I've scanned for points, and the points have yet to be applied to my account. Can corporates development team look into this and resolve the issue?

Used it twice with one issue of ordering XL and the store not selling it. Now app freezes up every time while trying to make an order. Now keep getting an error every time I try to make a simple order. This is pathetic!
