It says to put in your birthday for a free meal on that day... There is no spot in the app to add in a birthday. Also no scanners at any locations to get your points?? That's crazy. Also when trying to use my points, multiple times ran into the problem where the systems were malfunctioning, so I couldn't. Good food but terrible app.

I downloaded the app some time ago, been trying to figure out how to scan the qr code to actually start getting points. When I scan it, it says there's no content and I should check later but it never works. I was told in store that they cannot scan anything at the register for me to be able to get points so how am I supposed to get points?

Apoun attempting to use the app, I noticed there is no option to pay in store or pay via Google pay. I don't like entering my card to individual apps. Which leads to me trying to use the app for my loyalty card. It asks for the store to scan the code but the store is not provided with the scanner it asked him to type in the loyalty card number which is not provided to me only way to activate it is to look up on the cashier side.

Hi Blair, we apologize for the confusion. If you open up the Loyalty Card on your app, you should see a string of digits under the barcode, beginning with PJG. This is your loyalty card number which you can provide to staff members in order to receive loyalty in store. If you have any other issues, please reach out to us at support@incentivio.com.
