It runs slow to the point you think the request is failing, the pay options are limited (I feel like the CC I had to use will be reported as stolen in the near future, no PayPal or anything else than a CC, and the form look like a 90s style input box). You can't just update quantity for items in your cart, and since I've installed the app less than 24 hours ago, I've had multiple advertising pop-ups. Apps says to walk up to the counter with no clear answer on if you can drive use the drive thru

I wish it had the ability to scan the rewards at the restaurant and pay cash for them. Or if it does then it needs to be easier. But I do like the reward scaling and the app in other stuff. Update: I've used this app for 2 years now. I still do not know how to use it, nor have I ever been to a Milo's restaurant where they know how to use it as well.

There was no 'order now' button to click for my Pell City, Alabama store. And yes, it was within normal business hours. This store opens at 10:30 but I was unable to order at 11am through neither the app or the website. Very annoying...I just said "screw it" and ordered off the Zaxby's app. 🤷♀️ Their loss because I was ordering for 3 people.
