not easy to navigate the apps. QR code doesn't work very well too. Got an update from the apps developer that the QR Code is for the link to download the apps. Navigating the apps is not easy. I need find the carpark location first then search for the charger number on the charger to match it on the apps in order to manually activated the charging. Why can't just scan the QR code to activate the charging? A lot of room for improvement. I think because of this everyone review is apps not working.

Plug in and use app to start and it indicated charging, came back discovered it did not charge car but app indicated charging - tried to stop charging on app but would not stop, tried calling support but no one picks up. Very bad and scary to use

Always having problem, install so many station but no improvement. Just wondering why all the apps belong to cdg us so lousy, zig app, now charging app. Nothing I could say dispointed
