The P&O Cruises app makes cruising even easier. Yes, the good life just got even better!
Download the app before your cruise to access your boarding pass, familiarise yourself with your ship and the 12-plus sprawling decks of endless entertainment and possibility that await. You can view restaurants, bars, entertainment, menus, and more. Plus, once your cruise begins, you can use the app free of charge via the onboard Wi-Fi.
Before Your Cruise
It’s never too early to start planning. Sign in to the app to:
• view your booking information
• watch your cruise countdown as your holiday gets closer and closer
• explore shore tours
• browse onboard restaurants and great value drinks packages
• learn all about your ship – activities, entertainment, spa, fitness and more!
Once You’re Onboard
Welcome, you’re on holiday! Connect to the ship’s Wi-Fi (free of charge) and you can:
• view today’s weather, arrival/departure times and important destination information
• use the deck plans to find your way around your new home-away-from-home
• view restaurant menus and make reservations
• book classes, spa treatments, shore tours, P&O Edge Adventure passes and more. You’ll also get notifications to remind you of any bookings (you’re on holiday after all)
• message your family and friends (and any new-found cruise friends)
• check out Good Times, the daily guide of what’s happening, when and where
• order our famous barista-brewed coffee
• check your onboard account
• access P&O Cruises latest offers and book your next cruise while onboard for added benefits
• use your digital cruise card for contactless payments.

Don't get me wrong, the cruise was great! Amazing experience, delicious food, friendly staff, and great entertainment all add up to a 10/10 cruise experience for me. However, the app was not so great.. Consistently slow to use, freaking out and saying the days plan hadn't been released yet (it had), to constantly giving me account errors and forcing me to log in again. If P&O were to improve their app, it would make the cruise experience that much better, with nothing else about them to fault!

Hands down the worst. The app constantly seems to be trying to refresh so the image is just flickering for fifteen seconds and then everything I do reset everything and the flickering- you can no longer interact- starts up again. Absolutely worthless. Less frustration if you just got a speak to a person. P&O, how can you get this so so wrong? Were in a different age. You might get one booking out of a person but this makes me want to choose a line where I don't have these issues.

I really don't understand the negative reviews posted here. I think it's a reflection of people's cruise experiences more than the app. The app worked almost seemlessly and it was so useful everyday! Highly recommend downloading it for your cruise! Couldn't have done the cruise without it! Gives you plenty of information on what's going on for the day, allows you to message others with the ship wifi and allows you to make restaurant reservations with an easy click of a button!
