Whoosh - Kereta Cepat

One of the national strategic projects, but the app's a mess. Signing up and logging in should be easy-peasy, but nope, this app just won’t let you sign up. Keeps saying the email’s already used (and I'm like, “No way, I’ve never signed up before”). So I figured, okay, let's hit 'forgot password', but guess what? The verification code times out super fast, like I’m pretty sure I punched it in not even 5 seconds after getting it.

what a bad application, why did you make an application that really can't be used? I have managed to buy a ticket but why after showing the barcode does it appear if not a white screen or a screen that wobbles when there is an error? If I want an error, I should start before paying so that I don't feel like emotional when you have paid the barcode error display

I couldn't even register, it was always stucked at the verification stage (somehow the browser didn't work when I put the puzzle?!) What a frustrating experience how inefficient to navigate the public transport system in my own country :(
