Carpay

I'm not sure what's going on, I need to make my payment I go to log in but it won't let me, will act like it's going to log in but kicks me back to the login page. I tried guest pay but says I'm not found. So I deleted and reinstall the app but now the app won't even open up, it starts to but goes back to my home screen. First time it's done this. I used the contact link to send a message but after pushing send it only clears the page, I don't even know if my messages has went through. PLZ HELP

I saved my debit card the first time I used the app, I had to save it again. the app is charging a $4 convenience fee which to me is steep, then on top of it it showing the wrong payment amount on my loan. This thing is messed up from the word go.

I Would Give Them FIVE STARS , however the $5.99 CONVENIENT FEE is a little much if you ask me.. and of course I pay it because it's " CONVENIENT " to use the app instead of going out getting cash , going to the place and making your payment. Maybe You guys should consider lowering that fee. I'm thinking $1.99 sounds perfectly CONVENIENT to me .
