Update: Better after an update, updated rating from 1 Star. Rewards only available when ordering through App. I almost always eat in store. Don't want to have to order online to eat in store. Also, would be nice if you would add a barcode scanner for entering in receipts. Update2: You added a barcode scanner! YAY and thank you! Added another star.

This app isn't very user-friendly or convenient. Many apps for fast-food gives you the option to apply the in-app coupon at the drive thru, which this one lacks. Most apps also simply apply the reward on the spot or give a camera option to scan the barcode for rewards, while this app requires the customer to type out the number. Plus, if cancelling an order (due to accidentally inputting the wrong location), it doesn't show up as cancelled right away nor does it make it easy to cancel the order.

I've been able to get the app to work and order once... It struggles with applying coupons or realizing you have everything you need for it in your cart. The website isn't much better, but it's better. I'd rather go online than through the app. You also can't customize burgers except for taking things off. The few things that you can put on sometimes aren't even related to the sandwich.
