Possibly one of the worst apps I have ever used, or rather tried to use. I failed the signup procedure 3 times because my ID card wasn't scanned correctly. The auto capture function for the id doesn't work correctly causing it to make skewed and blurred photos of my id, halting the signup procedure. After being stuck on the 'verifying age, this might take some minutes' screen for more than only some minutes I restart the app after which I get bombarded with error messages but cannot finish setup

I wish I could use the app to book a bike, but setting up is so very difficult. First, I apparently cannot enter a US phone number, though I can verify my age with a US driver's license. Second, at every step of the account setup or verification, the app tells me that something went wrong or it freezes. If I cancel out of the screen, then it sometimes updates to say that the action was successful after all! Super buggy, please fix so we can use what promises to be a desirable app.

Worst experience. I got a ride and went on to load my stuff in the bike and tried to unlock the bike, the bike does not unlock. Support said there is a outage and asks me to leave the bike where it is . Now I was stuck near a warehouse with all the stuff in the bike. Had to walk to a nearby road with all my stuff and the had to wait for 30+ minutes for a uber to get back. Traumatic!!! Edit : Even though the experience was bad, I appreciate the immediate support offered.
