So far, I'm unimpressed. There's a required charge for a background check that you can't opt out of. When you pay for it, it automatically signes you up to pay for it annually, and unsubcribing to that is something I still haven't figured out how to do. Plus, the map feature is horrible and insanely difficult to read or use.

This app facilitates caregiver-family connections, but improvements are needed. Slow loading times and glitchy notifications cause frustration, and late job alerts are common. Mismatched job notifications detract from the user experience. Despite raising concerns with the care team, improvements are lacking. However, I believe in the app's potential and hope for positive changes soon. Please, streamline loading times, fix notification glitches, and refine job alerts to match user preferences.

Ok. SERIOUSLY! you guys really need to fix your issues. Apparently, a family confirmed a booking with me for today. HOWEVER, I didn't get that booking confirmation on the app or text. Family contacted clearly unhappy, saying they canceled the booking since I didn't show up. But there's nothing showing any confirmation, via text, or on the app. I just checked my desktop now, and it shows under past bookings. This is inexcusable!!!! Not only for the family but for my profile!!
