Pretends to allow renewal of card through app. Has you enter line after line of ID info until reaching the "Tap to upload photo ID" or Utility bill. That tap takes you back the BEGINNING. Tried again twice in case I'd made some mistake. Nope. The system is in error. Very FRUSTRATING! PLEASE FIX!!!

I love the Chester County library. First of all the building itself is so full of light. And the services they offer are extensive. I love being able to put a book on hold and renew my book right online.

Every section that I click on shows fines. So I can't see what I have in loans or holds. Not sure what is wrong.
