Their advertisement is full of lies. I subscribed to them because they claimed that they will deliver at the appropriate time for you. After I subscribed I asked they deliver at 9pm. They never did that, they leave the food at the doorstep 3 or 4 hours earlier and the food either get spoiled in the hot weather or it gets stolen from the doorstep. I complained for whole 2 months, and the issue still not fixed. Their customer service is completely useless.. they never fix anything. Just empty prom

Slow to load and feels clunky, moving between pages takes a while even with a fast smartphone, sometimes starting up the app takes 5 - 8 seconds. It does work though and looks nice once everything is loaded. Calo should improve their app, as a leading company this app isn't acceptable, it looks good but functions horribly in terms of speed and efficiency.

The app is bugged and always has issue when trying to open. So many crashes as well.
