Visible ARS allows you to use the service provided by the call center more easily and quickly through the smartphone screen by pressing the call connection of the desired company.

The visible ARS service provides services in various forms as follows.

[Service Type 1]
Through the web page that pops up during ARS voice guidance, you can directly check the contents of the ARS guidance on the screen and directly input information on the screen.

[Service Type 2]
You can quickly and accurately check the contents of the ARS guidance through the text transmitted to the screen during ARS voice guidance.

[Service Type 3]
Depending on the ARS option, if you select the screen service, the call ends and you can use the self-service through the screen through the web page.

We will inform you of the access rights required to provide various services as follows.

[Essential access rights]

- Phone Permissions: Check phone status

*You can use the service even if you do not agree to the optional access right, and you can change the consent status at any time in the mobile phone settings menu.

* If you are using a version lower than Android 8.0, you cannot individually set optional access rights. After checking whether the terminal manufacturer provides an operating system upgrade function, please update to version 8.0 or higher.


※ Visible ARS information and withdrawal of use

When the app is installed for the first time, the user's consent is obtained and informational or for-profit mobile contents provided by the incoming/outgoing party are displayed.
