It was difficult initially but once I started using it, it was very receptive to my making mistakes and easily allowed me to accept, correct, and add more input. It was also easy to route to insurance company.

not easy to use, can't retake pictures once past that part, can't take video. Went to put in second claim but when app opened the pictures were there from my last claim and no way to change them that I could find.

It was very easy to understand and it was very easy to follow along and take the pictures and be able to send them and it took no longer than five minutes I would say this is a very good app for a car insurance to be able to do things on your own as in pictures and other things and send it straight to them
