I want to provide a video so you guys have better information, and I literally can't as it says my phone screen is locked in portrait mode when it isn't. Just in case I messed with so many settings to no avail.

I don't have this insurance, but the person who hit me does. This is my first experience with the company. So far, I'm impressed! Customer service is amazing, and as a web developer, I'm extremely impressed with the app from what I've seen so far. I may be switching insurance companies.

Very simple to use! Although it can be slow, and it was tough trying to figure out how to use the camera after it give instructions. (Maybe it's my phone) but I had to hit my back button to get the camera to activate for I could take pictures. Otherwise. Easy Peezy1
