Portuguese Civil Code (Código Civil República Portuguesa. Decree Law N 47344) - is a set of unitary, systematized and ordered legal norms and is the main legislative law that regulates civil relations between all subjects of Portugal. The current Portuguese Civil Code was approved on November 25, 1966 and came into force on June 1, 1967.
