Constitución de Bolivia

Constitution of Bolivia (Political Constitution of the Plurinational State of Bolivia of 2009) - is the supreme law of Bolivia. This law defines the basic principles and laws of legislation, defines the powers and duties of citizens and guarantees all rights. The Political Constitution of the Plurinational State of Bolivia of 2009 is the nineteenth constitutional text in the republican history of Bolivia. It came into force on February 7, 2009, the date it was published in the Official Gazette of Bolivia. The new constitution replaced the old Bolivian Constitution of 1967.
