Constitution of Benin (Constitution of the Republic of Benin. Law N 90-32 of December 11, 1990) - is the supreme law of Benin. This law defines the fundamental principles and laws of legislation, defines the powers and duties of citizens and guarantees all rights. The Constitution of Benin was adopted by referendum on December 2, 1990.
