The customer service is very poor. If you have issues with transaction, the customer care is representative chat is for decoration, they don't attend to complaint. I have experienced this ugly situation several times.

Sometimes if you wanna buy data the app won't open, sometimes you will transfer money into the app and it won't reflect, suck😠
