Otherwize great app, but with one catastrophic logic flaw. Such loyalty apps should always store customers ID and QR-code in the device, not fetch it from cloud every time someone uses the app. At the moment... no data means app is not usable, QR code area stays empty. Workaround is to use a screenshot, but how many people realize they could do so?

It's impossible to create an account on the app. Everytime it says it's sending a one-time code, the code never arrives, nevermind within the time limit. Also, the Facebook option also doesn't work, thus making the app completely redundant

Installed app from QR Code In store. Went through setup process and says will email me OTP Code. THIS NEVER ARRIVES. If I cannot use the app then I will delete. They insist on your details, okay!, but if I cannot use the app then I don't want them having my details!. So, unless I can get access to the App to use, I will need to formally request the removal of my details they hold under GDPR requlation. If I cannot use they app, they don't need my details.
