Truly awful. I'm sure there was a reason for changing from the old one, but it's completely lost on me. This version is worse in every way. Especially the weird quirky 3d bus map, which makes it impossible to see anything. Also, does anyone know how to see the specific timetables of buses further out? I've been able to work out how to see the next few buses (on the thing that says show /all/ departures, so that's a lie), but the timetable linked has also been simplified. Basically it's useless.

I echo all the other complaints, would give no stars if I could. I've tried uninstalling and installing yet again, in the hope that the latest version has corrected the initial problems, without success. The journey planner still doesn't function (won't load from dropdown menu or recognise manually entered start point and destination) and the tracker is clunky and time consuming, whereas the old one was efficient and easy to use. Wouldn't usually post a review, but got no reply to my email.

Bring back the old App.. If its not broke don't fix it! The new app is slow, clunky, confusing. The times I've stood waiting for my ticket to load up while people are trying to get on the bus is embarrassing, the map is like a children's cartoon covered in cartoon buses following an invisible route. At least on the old app it showed the route of your favourites so you could figure where they were. I have both apps open and use the old one just for the better tracking system. Rectify this.
