I bought round-trip bus tickets between two cities in Mexico. The app and the pdf of the tickets didn't list the correct address of the bus station. The app also had a map to the station which was inaccurate. Their customer service was pretty quick to refund us. I'd give the app another try when traveling in the US, but will be careful using it abroad.

I like the app, it's easy to use and when trying to buy bus tickets in Argentina online rather than in person at the bus station has proved to be the easiest option. Not being able to pay in local currency is a real drawback however, the exchange rate offered when I have to pay in sterling is the "official rate" and not the "blue" rate so bus tickets generally end up costing more than twice the quoted price.

Booking on App user friendly, Detailed Options, Times, Location Departure and End Point clear!! Impressive! Staff well trained. Drivers Professionals, Cautious, Courteous!! Stops clear instructions Disembark and embark times. Precise!! Bus neat clean. Checking in well organized, quick and safe! Please SERVICE TOILETS REGULARLY CRUCIAL FOR SENIORS ESPECIALLY. HYGIENE IS REALLY OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE!
