It's... okay. It can save you time queueing in front of the ticket terminal and rummaging for pocket change. But the UX sucks. The interface lags and stutters a lot. Often there is a 5 second delay between transitions. No visual feedback from button taps, leading to repeat drumming on the screen. The buttons themselves are tiny. Sometimes purchases take upwards of 10 min to register, and the app will charge you again if you try to repeat the purchase. Overall it takes a lot of getting used to.

No english option. Issues with remembering cards. When you buy a ticket and open another app then when you go back it is in "home" menu not remembering your last position. Overall not a good app, looks like nobody give it a thought. Edit: almost a year later, still horrible. When you buy a ticket it shows in "my tickets" after 5-10 mins. Also a big minus is that you can buy only one ticket, imagine a mother with two kids on the bus.

It's understandable to require an email and a password for the registration, but full name and phone number... for a bus ticket app!? I can't give more than 1 star for something which requires way more personal data than needed. Because of that I cannot explore the app in details as I won't provide my phone number. I won't expect this to be fixed ever or maybe after few years. My personal opinion is that this is another sad excuse for an "integrated city transport" probably with EU funds :(
